We do not provide free samples, but we can offer a favorable discounted sample price based on your specific needs.

All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty, and we provide lifelong technical support to our customers.

The lead time is evaluated based on order quantity and customization requirements.
A confirmed schedule will be agreed by both parties before order placement.

We currently hold NMPA, ISO9001, ISO13485. We have submitted applications for CE and FDA certification, which are expected to be approved in June 2026.

We accept normal international payments, mainly T/T. Specific terms can be negotiated for formal orders.
